• The pricing, quality, or outcome of a business's services
• That any business meets specific licensing or insurance requirements

It is your responsibility to verify a business's credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications before entering into any service agreement. Payment terms and methods are established directly between you and the business you choose to hire.

5. Business Warranties

Any warranties or guarantees for work are provided directly by the independent businesses who perform the services, not by Amarillo Thrive. Specific warranty terms, conditions, and duration will be outlined in your service agreement with the business.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

When a business you hire performs work at your property, you should:

• Remove or protect valuable items in or near work areas
• Secure pets during service visits for the safety of both animals and workers
• Notify the business of any hazardous conditions on the property (e.g., asbestos, mold, unstable structures)
• Be present or designate an authorized representative during service visits
• Provide access to utilities if needed for the work

These arrangements are between you and the business you hire. Amarillo Thrive is a directory only and is not responsible for any damage that occurs during work performed by a listed business.
